WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship anywhere within the USA and Internationally.

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY ADDRESSES?

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses.

 

WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF?

We are located in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

 

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?

Yes! Please refer to bottom of our website page and click on the sizing chartbelow each product description to locate the sizing chart for the item you would like to purchase. Please note that our sizing chart is only a guide, as sizes may differ by brand.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT AN EMAIL?

Emails are typically answered within 72 hours or sooner depending on volume. Weekends and holidays are excluded. If you need immediate assistance, please contact us at contact@cliqqclothing.com with your order number.

 

ARE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ACCEPTED?

Yes! Follow these simple steps:

1. Send us a message via our contact us page. Message us with your full name, order number and if you would like an exchange or refund.

2. Fill out our returns and exchange form that came with your order. Please include your order number and email address on the form so that we can process your order correctly. Exchanges are subject to availability so if we no longer have the item you want in stock then you will be issued a Cliqq store credit. Please note all refunds are given in the form of Cliqq credit.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

Once you've reached the checkout stage and after entering your details and shipping address, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! If you are paying with PayPal the code can be entered after logging in to your PayPal account.

For mobile devices, please click on the 'View Order Summary' section at checkout to enter your promotional discount code.

Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

 

WHEN WILL MY ITEM(S) BE DELIVERED?

As a small boutique, we strive to provide you with the fastest service possible. Please note, there is a 3 business day (excluding holidays) payment processing window. The payment processing time may be longer for PayPal E-Checks. Once your payment has cleared, your order will be shipped out immediately. Please note that delays with carriers are beyond our control and we are not responsible for such delays.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! You can track it using the Arrive app.

Also, once we package your order, you will receive your tracking number either via email or phone number. Please note, if you did not enter your email at checkout, your tracking number will not be sent to your email.

All estimated delivery dates are only estimates and we do not guarantee that you will receive your items on the estimated delivery date provided, as we have no control over weather conditions or other conditions that may affect delivery time.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE DOESN'T ARRIVE OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

Once your parcels have left our warehouse, they are then the property of the courier company (USPS or your local post company). We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. If you have not received your order, we recommend contacting USPS. We will not refund or replace lost parcels. If your parcel was scanned as delivered and you did not receive it/your package was stolen, we will not refund or replace your package.

 

HOW CAN MY BABY BECOME A BRAND REP?

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY, DISCOVER, JCB and PAYPAL.

 

GARMENT CARE

If you are unsure of a garments care, always ‘cold hand wash’ to avoid any damage in the garment's fabric. Drip dry in shade, do not tumble dry and do not iron. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we are unable to accept this back as a return.

WEAR AND TEAR

We do not exchange items for wear and tear.
