Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding holidays) for payments to process. Once payment has cleared all orders are processed immediately. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

For shipping within the US, please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery once your order has been packaged and shipped. Allow up to 4-7 business days if you are located in Hawaii.

For orders shipping to Canada and the rest of the world, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery once your order has been packaged and shipped.

All orders ship from our US fulfilment in Georgia, USA.

Once your item(s) have shipped, we will not be held responsible for late or damaged product(s) (except for items with manufacturing fault).


Misdeliveries, unclaimed package, return to sender

Should your package be returned to us for reason including but not limited to the ones listed above, you will be responsible for the payment ofan additional shipping fee forus to reship your items. We are not required to reship your items unless you have paid a reship invoice.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Cliqq Clothing ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cliqq Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



Cliqq Clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
